Let us know if you'd like to see a BBB validation button or widget on the profiles of the service professionals listed on our site.

Working on BBB cert, once we have it would be nice to have this option.

For all the hoops Thumbtack requires a business owner to jump through, I would have thought this would have been a mandatory feature at this point.

Actually, there has been some recent progress on this.
We're not allowed to put BBB ratings on our site without the permission of the BBB.
So we've been in discussions with them, and hope to be able to offer this very soon.
Unfortunately we need the sign-off of every BBB franchise throughout the country. We would probably start this in San Francisco initially, and then expand around the country.
We're hoping we can make this work!

I can also agree on the BBB update, but like the NEWS station says WHO is going to watch the BBB they are unfair and dishonest making/taking bribes from consumers

I have dealt with BBB, they are as illegal as organized crime, they harassed me for one year for me to pay them 365.00 for one year of A+, when I first registered with the BBB, I had a B+, then as I continue to refuse to pay they downgraded me to a D-, this is dishonest and Un-American!
