Can I call the customer after I send a quote?

We don't require customers to provide their phone number when they are submitting a request, this step is optional.

If a customer chooses to accept quotes by phone and gives us a phone number, then we will share the phone number with you once you send a quote.

If the customer doesn't provide their phone number, then you can open the quote and send a follow-up message. You can use this message to ask the customer for their contact information.
