How do I log into my Thumbtack account?

In order to log into your Thumbtack account, go to Thumbtack's login page here. In the blank field under "Email," enter the email address you used to sign up with Thumbtack. Then, under the blank field under "Password," enter the password you used to sign up with Thumbtack. Next, click on the "Log In" button.

If you would like to login via Facebook, click on the "Facebook Connect" button. Note, make sure someone else is not logged into Facebook on the computer you are using. After clicking on this button, a screen pop up that prompts you to enter your Facebook log in information. Enter your information and click the "Log In" button.

Note, however, that if you are already signed into Facebook on the computer which you are using, once you hit the "Facebook Connect" button, the new login screen will not appear, and you will be signed into Thumbtack automatically.

If you have forgotten the email you used to sign up for your Thumbtack account, please contact our customer support team via email at support@thumbtack.com. We have a team of wonderful agents who will be happy to help find your account. Or alternatively, you can sign in via Facebook as described above.
